
Whitecaps FC Announce Midseason Roster Transactions

VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced a pair of midseason transactions on Monday, parting ways defender Justin Fiddes and midfielder Deybi Flores.
"We are thankful for Justin's and Deybi's contributions during their time with the club," said head coach Carl Robinson. "We wish them the best in their careers moving forward."
Fiddes was released after spending a loan stint with 'Caps USL affiliate Fresno FC. The rookie fullback was selected by the Whitecaps FC with the 17th overall selection in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft.
Flores' loan to Honduran Liga Nacional side FC Motagua has expired and is now out of contract. Flores made 12 starts and 16 first-team appearances for the 'Caps since originally arriving in Vancouver on loan in February 2015.
