Westchester's (1-4) DaQuan Jeffries (Two-Way Player) and Nuni Omot (affiliate) combined for 34 points evenly. Omot's 17 points on the night marked the first time he reached double figures since December 22. He also shot 3-5 from three. Jeffries' total came on 58.3-percent shooting. Quinton Rose (returning rights) added 16 points for his third consecutive game scoring double-figures and went 4-4 from the line. Jalen Harris (affiliate) contributed 14 points and six rebounds in his fourth game back off the bench.

For Long Island (5-2), Jordan Bowden led all scorers with 22 points on the afternoon with five rebounds and four assists. Keesler Edwards registered 18 points and seven boards. Donovan Williams shot 4-5 from three collecting 16 points and six assists on the game. Five additional players scored double-figures.

In the opening minutes of the game, the Knicks traded four leads with the Nets which included one deadlocked score. Westchester credited a lead as large as three in the beginning of the game, but it was the Nets who managed to go up by as many as 36 points by the time the final buzzer sounded.

The Knicks went perfectly at the stripe draining all 10 of their attempts. The clip marks the first-time all-season Westchester shot seamlessly from the line.

Next, Westchester hosts the Greensboro Swam on Tuesday, January 10 at 7 PM at Total Mortgage Arena.
