Joe Wieskamp Earns 10-Day Contract with Toronto Raptors

OSHKOSH, Wis. - The Toronto Raptors have signed Wisconsin Herd Guard Joe Wieskamp to a 10-Day Contract. This is the second NBA Call-up for the Herd this season.

Wieskamp, 6-6, 205-pound guard, was selected with the second overall pick by the Wisconsin Herd in the 2022 NBA G League Draft. The 23-year-old played in 11 games during the Showcase Cup season averaging 17.0 points and 5.7 rebounds while shooting 50.4% from the field. Since the Showcase Cup, Wieskamp appeared in two regular season games posting one double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds. Before joining the Herd, Joe Wieskamp was drafted with the 41st overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs and signed to a two-way contract which was later converted to a standard contract.
