
Werner Named Honorable Mention for NAHL's Forward of the Month for January

The North American Hockey League announced its Players of the Month awards for the month of January and the Titans Evan Werner was named honorable mention for Forward of the Month.
Werner had nine points (5 goals and 4 assists) in January in eight games. He led the team in goals (five). On the season, Werner leads the Red Buckets with 24 points (15 goals and 9 assists) and goals 15.
This is the third time the Flower Mound, TX native has received league recognition. He was the East Division's second star of the week for week ending December 6 and honorable mention for October 25.
