OMAHA, NE - The Lancers will play host to the Madison Capitols on Friday and Saturday; followed by a Sunday game at home against the defending Clark Cup Champion Fargo Force.

Madison Capitols Come To Ralston For The First Time In 2,191 Days

The Lancers and Capitols will conclude their season series this weekend with the Capitols already obtaining a win against the Lancers in their first game this season back in the Fall Classic. The Lancers are 10-5-1-0 all-time against the Madison Capitols since Madison re-joined the USHL in the fall of 2014. The Capitols have two former Lancers on their current roster (Bobby Cowan and Alex Lunski). They have combined for 37 points this season. (17 goals 20 Assists). The Lancers have a former Madison Capitol themselves and Jonah Aegerter who has registered 15 points so far this season for the 'orange and black'. The Capitols have never scored a shorthanded goal against the Lancers, while Omaha has scored 2 of them against the Caps. There has also never been a hat-trick recorded from either side in this cross-conference series.

Lancers Conclude The Weekend With The Fargo Force

The Lancers will faceoff with the Fargo Force for the first time since November with the Lancers seeking the first win against the Force in over two years. Omaha will also hope to get their first win against the Force at Liberty First Credit Union Arena since the 2022 playoffs. During the 13-game losing streak to the Force-the Lancers have not scored more than three goals in any of those games. The last time the Lancers scored more than three goals against Fargo? November of 2022-the last time in which the Lancers defeated the Force. Despite the Lancers' recent struggles with Fargo; Omaha still holds an all-time 56-42-5-6 regular season record with Fargo since the Force became a member of the USHL back in the fall of 2008. Sunday's game against Fargo will be the final time Fargo comes to Liberty First Credit Union Arena this season as the Lancers will travel to Fargo mid-February to conclude the season series.

Friday Night's game against the Madison Capitols will be at 7:05 PM CST. Saturday Night's game-also against the Madison Capitols will drop the puck at 6:05 PM CST.
