
Wednesday's IronPigs Game Postponed Due to Rain

(Allentown, Pa.) - Wednesday night's game between the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and Toledo Mud Hens at Coca-Cola Park was postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, June 10 at 6:05 p.m. Each of the doubleheader games are scheduled for seven innings and only one ticket is needed to attend both games. Please note that all gates open at 5 p.m. for Thursday's twin bill.
Due to the postponement, fans holding tickets to Wednesday's game can exchange each ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining 2010 home game. All ticket exchanges must be made in-person at the Coca-Cola Park Ticket Office (no phone or internet exchanges). Ticket exchanges are subject to availability.
The gates open at 5 p.m. for Thursday's doubleheader that also features Lehigh Valley Health Network's annual Health Fair Night at Coca-Cola Park! Make sure to join our Pork Racers as they take a warm-up lap around the concourse to see over a dozen health-related displays and activities, guided by mile markers around the ballpark. Fans that complete the circuit can enter to win a special prize from the Lehigh Valley Health Network!
Thursday's pre-game includes a player faith discussion with Rich Thompson and Brian Gordon from 5 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. on the Capital Blue Cross Lawn. IronPigs players will discuss their faith and then participate in a question and answer session.
Friday Night Fireworks presented by Service Electric Cable TV & Communications, immediately following the final game of the series against the Toledo Mud Hens on Friday at 7:05 p.m., caps off the week-long festivities at Coca-Cola Park. Be sure to stick around following every Friday home game for the best fireworks display in Eastern Pennsylvania. Also, Fly-Away-Friday presented by the Lehigh Valley International Airport will award a lucky fan a trip for two.
The IronPigs defeated the Mud Hens, 3-0, in the series opener on Tuesday to extend their season-long winning-streak to three games. The victory gave the IronPigs a three games to two series edge over Toledo in 2010.
Fans are reminded that there are three entry points for parking and are encouraged to use the Dauphin Street entrance when traveling from downtown Allentown. In addition to the Dauphin Street entrance, entry to Coca-Cola Park can be gained off American Parkway and Union Boulevard. Preferred/Handicapped Parking access is available via American Parkway only.
The cost of parking for all IronPigs home games is $3 per vehicle.
