FishSticks Millwork Offensive Player of the Week - Blake Winiecki
The second year forward had a hand in both Waterloo Black Hawks goals last Friday, setting up a score in the first period, then putting the puck in the net himself during the second.
Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Mark Friedman
Friedman was the only defenseman to finish the matchup against Dubuque with a positive plus/minus rating. He is +1 for the season.
UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - Austin Vieth
Last Friday was nearly a two-point night for Vieth, who scored the Black Hawks' first goal, then stretched the ice, clearing the puck from his own zone, and creating the opportunity for a goal by Blake Winiecki.
Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Jake Horton
Horton was one of three Black Hawks with a +2 rating during the contest with Dubuque Friday.
