
Washington Clinches Playoff Spot

Washington, D.C. - The Washington Mystics became the first WNBA team to clinch a playoff spot this season when they defeated the Minnesota Lynx 86-79. The Mystics lead the league with a 19-7 record and are four wins shy of setting a new franchise record for wins in a season.
Washington will host the Indiana Fever on Sunday, Aug. 18 at 3:00 p.m. for their annual breast health awareness game. Information on playoff tickets will be announced in the coming days.
