SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - The Santa Cruz Warriors have waived guard Moe Baker.
Baker, 33, is the NBA D-League all-time leader in games played (308), minutes played (9,711) and steals (423). He appeared in 15 games with the Santa Cruz Warriors this season, averaging 3.1 points and 2.5 rebounds in 14.3 minutes per game.
"Moe goes down in the record books as one of the finest to ever play in this league," said Santa Cruz Warriors General Manager Kirk Lacob. "Since we acquired the D-League franchise in 2011, his professionalism and veteran voice have been second-to-none. We wish him nothing but the best."
