Warriors Release Assistant Coach

Moose Jaw Warriors News Release


Moose Jaw, SK.--- The Moose Jaw Warriors announced today that they will not be extending Assistant Coach Kevin Higo's contract next year. "We feel the need to go another direction moving forward," stated Director of Hockey Operations Jeff Truitt.

"Kevin is a quality coach who would like to explore other opportunities; we wish him all the best," added Truitt. "Our search for his replacement will commence shortly and we will take our time looking at candidates using a thorough process," said Truitt.

Kevin spent 2 seasons as the Warriors Assistant Coach. Before his time in Moose Jaw, Higo coached in the AJHL. The Warriors organization would like to wish Kevin and his family all the best with their future endeavors.
