Moose Jaw, SK--- The Moose Jaw Warriors are currently accepting job applications for a full-time position within the organization as a Corporate Sales/Game Day Coordinator.
The Corporate Sales/Game Day Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Business Operations. This position will be responsible for Corporate Sponsorship sales for the club along with game day duties as outlined in the job description.
* Corporate sponsorship sales
* Maintain strong corporate relationships with assigned existing partnerships
* Work with Director of Business Operations to develop new initiatives to attract new corporate sponsorships
* Identify potential new sponsorship avenues and potential clients
* Work directly with Event Director to ensure execution of game day activities
* Work with marketing staff to create new, exciting promotions for each game
* Maintain all current and new signage advertising both in arena and outside of arena surrounding game day
* Assist Community Relations Director in scheduling player/staff appearances.
* Other duties as required from Director of Business Operations.
The selected applicant will possess the following qualifications:
* Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of computer software programs Microsoft Word, Excel and Office.
* Ability to work in a team environment and as an individual with minimal supervision.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines to complete assigned tasks within job description.
* Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or Sports Administration preferred.
* Prior sales experience a definite asset
