OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. - The Santa Cruz Warriors were defeated by the Oklahoma City Blue 103-98 on Tuesday night in their first game back from the All-star break.

The Warriors were paced by Elliot Williams who notched his first career triple-double, and third ever in Santa Cruz history. The Warriors All-star tallied 30 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists, marking the third time this season that he scored 30 or more points in a game. James Michael McAdoo added 20 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 steals, while Aaron Craft notched a double-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists.

Oklahoma City received solid performances from Marquis Teague who scored 24 points and Xavier Alexander who notched 21 in the victory over Santa Cruz. Semaj Christon and Talib Zanna had 17 apiece, with Zanna recorded a double-double with 14 rebounds to go with his double-figure scoring.

The Warriors started out the game strong, outscoring the Blue in each of the first two quarters, heading into the break up by 15 points. Santa Cruz's greatest lead was as many as 19 points in the first half.

The third frame would see the Blue surge ahead and outscore Santa Cruz 38-21behind Xavier Alexander's 8 third quarter points. The final period saw tightly-contested play complete with four lead changes Despite keeping it close, the Warriors were not able to overcome the Blue's second-half comeback.
