Moose Jaw Warriors General Manager Alan Millar has announced the acquisition of 20-year-old forward Dakota Odgers from the Vancouver Giants for a conditional 8th round pick in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft.

Odgers, 5'11"/181lbs, is from Spy Hill, Saskatchewan and had eight goals, 14 points, and 91 penalty minutes with the Giants last season. He has played in 195 regular season games with Vancouver and Swift Current and has 14 goals, 28 points, and 279 penalty minutes.

Odgers was selected by the Swift Current Broncos in the 2nd round, 24th overall, in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft. He played in 81 games in the SMAAAHL with Yorkton from 2011 to 2013, he had 31 goals, 52 assists, and 83 points.
