New Orleans VooDoo News Release
NEW ORLEANS (May 15, 2012) - On Tuesday afternoon, New Orleans VooDoo players Gladel Brutus and Jeremy Kellem visited Tulane Hospital for Children, spending some time with several young patients and signing footballs.
The players brought smiles to eight children's faces, stopping by to play video games, talk football, take pictures, and even sign footballs for all of the young patients. The small, foam New Orleans VooDoo footballs were compliments of www.voodoostuff.com.
The eight patients that the VooDoo players saw today were Daniel, Taigen, Cale, Austin, Ethan, Twanda, Brennan, and Tysun. All of them received a signed football.
This visit is one of 24 hospital visits that the VooDoo Dolls and players will take part in this season, splitting time between Tulane and Children's Hospital.
