Victoria Seals Host Final Homestand This Weekend

Victoria, BC - Putting the finishing touches on their last homestand of the 2010 season, the Victoria Seals have just three games remaining at Royal Athletic Park this summer! The series against the Edmonton Capitals resumes tonight with a 7:05 p.m. (PT) start time on Fan Appreciation Night!

Everyone in attendance tonight has the chance to go home with tonnes of great giveaways, including prize packs from Telus, Thrifty Foods, Level Ground Coffee, TeamWorks Athletics and Coca-Cola! Those in attendance can also walk away with gift certificates from great locations like Macaroni Grill, Glenwood Meats, Heckler's Bar & Grill, Wild Play Adventure Parks, and Bear Mountain Golf Course.

Grand prizes up for grabs during tonight's game include a Night Out Package (from Ric's Grill, Cirque du Soleil Alegria & Aura at Laurel Point Inn), a leather loveseat from Six Mile Furniture, and a Helijet Getaway to Vancouver for two!

Join us for the last Thrifty Foods Family Sunday this season tomorrow afternoon, when kids will have the chance to meet the players and run the bases with Seamore after the game! The first pitch in the matinee clash against the Capitals is set for 1:35 p.m. (PT).

And the final game of the 2010 season is a Labour Day matinee affair, beginning at 1:35 p.m. (PT) on Monday at Royal Athletic Park. The game, presented by CUPE BC's Strong Communities, will give public service employees a discount on tickets by showing a valid union card when buying a ticket for game four!
