HUNTSVILLE, AL - Huntsville Havoc head coach, Randy Murphy, announced today that the team has re-signed veteran forward Glenn Detulleo and rookie forward Justin Fox.

"Glenn brings tremendous leadership qualities that are unmatched on and off the ice," Murphy said. "We are looking for him to build off a good season last year statistically and lead us in many areas. He will also serve as our Player-Assistant Coach and I am looking forward to his insight and help in teaching our players."

Detulleo played in all 56 games for the Havoc last season where he scored 15 goals and recorded 42 assists. The Timmons, Ontario native has played in 488 career professional games and scored 108 goals and recorded 288 career assists. He also played two seasons in Europe where he scored 18 goals and recorded 27 assists in 52 games.

"I am looking forward to getting Huntsville back on top in the SPHL and bringing a championship back for our fans," Detulleo said.

Fox just wrapped up a very successful college career. He played the last two seasons at SUNY-Oswego where he scored 24 goals and recorded 55 assists in 55 games. Before transferring to SUNY-Oswego, he played in two seasons for Salem State College where he scored 34 goals and recorded 40 assists in 49 games. "Justin is a first year player but will be relied upon heavily to contribute with his offensive talents," Murphy said. "He was a collegiate standout at a great program (Oswego State) and possesses great vision, offensive prowess and poise. We are lucky to have Justin."

The Havoc will open the season on the road at the Augusta RiverHawks on Saturday October 22. They will open the home schedule on Breland Homes Ice on Saturday, October 29 against the Louisiana Ice Gators.
