
Verpaelst Reassigned to Eagles by San Antonio

WINDSOR, CO. - The Colorado Eagles, proud affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, announced today that defenseman Gabriel Verpaelst has been reassigned to the Eagles by the team's AHL affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage. The 24 year-old has collected three goals and three assists in 17 games with the Eagles this season and has notched two penalty minutes in one game with the Rampage.
Verpaelst has appeared in 211 ECHL contests, with stops in Utah, Norfolk and Bakersfield. During that time he has notched 19 goals, 50 assists and 544 penalty minutes. In addition, the Sherbrooke, Quebec native also saw action in eight AHL contests with the Stockton Heat during the 2015-16 season.
The Eagles return to action on Friday, December 1st at 7:05pm when they face the Utah Grizzlies at the Budweiser Events Center.
