ValleyCats Back at "The Joe" with Best Record in the NYPL

TROY, NY - The Tri-City ValleyCats will be back at Joe Bruno Stadium for a three-game series Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (July 25-27) against the Jamestown Jammers. The 'Cats have a record of 21-12 and won 12 of the last 15 games, giving them the best record in the 14-team New York-Penn League.

Casey Hudspeth will be on the mound for the 'Cats Tuesday. Hudspeth is 2-0 on the season with a 2.42 ERA and will be going for his third straight victory. Doug Arguello (2-4, 4.55 ERA) and David Qualben (2-1, 0.96 ERA) are the scheduled starters respectively for Wednesday and Thursday. The ValleyCats enter the series with a team ERA of 2.94, third best in the NYPL.
