RHP Chien-Ming Wang got his 11th win of the season on Saturday, pitching 6 innings in the Yankees' win. Wang is currently 11-4 with a 4.01 ERA and has been a reliable starter for the Yanks thus far.
1B Cody Ehlers is leading the Florida State League in RBI with 83. He was an 11th round pick in 2004 out of the University of Missouri and has been thriving in his first full season with the Tampa Yankees. To date, Cody is hitting .292 with 25 doubles and 13 homers and a .475 slugging percentage.
RHP Jason Jones was second in the FSL with 9 wins prior to his recent promotion to AA Trenton. The tall righty out of Liberty University has been pitching as a starter and reliever this year and has posted a 2.55 ERA to date. Jones was a 4th round pick in 2004 and appeared in 8 games with the SI Yankees during that season.
1B Eric Duncan slammed two homers for the Trenton Thunder in Sunday's 5-4 loss. Duncan is now hitting .286 with 8 homers for the Thunder.
