UPDATED ROSTERS ANNOUNCED FOR 56TH ANNUAL SAL ALL-STAR GAME PRESENTED BY INGLES

ASHEVILLE, NC-Eric Krupa, president of the South Atlantic League, has announced updates to the rosters for the 56th Annual SAL All-Star Game presented by Ingles, scheduled to be played on June 23, 2015, at McCormick Field in Asheville, North Carolina, home of the Asheville Tourists.

For the Northern Division roster, there are two changes to the pitching staff. Hagerstown's Drew Van Orden and Hickory's Luis Ortiz will not be available for Tuesday's game. Replacing them on the roster will be Delmarva's Garrett Cortright and Hickory's Brett Martin. There were three additional changes to the Northern Division roster. Delmarva's Jomar Reyes and Lakewood's Carlos Tocci will not play in Tuesday's game. Hickory's Josh Morgan has been named as a utility infielder, West Virginia's Elvis Escobar moves from a utility outfielder to the starter at center field, and West Virginia's Chase Simpson has been named as a utility outfielder.

Turning to the Southern Division lineup, there are two changes to the pitching staff. Greenville's Michael Kopech and Lexington's Michael Strahm will not be available for Tuesday's game. Replacing them on the roster will be Augusta's Mark Reyes and Rome's Caleb Beech. Also, Charleston designated hitter Connor Spencer and Greenville catcher Ben Moore will not play in Tuesday's game. Rome's Jordan Edgerton has been named the designated hitter and Savannah's Tomas Nido will be the third catcher for the Southern squad.
