
UHL announces All-Star Teams

LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL) released Tuesday the 2004-05 UHL First and Second All-Star Teams as selected by the league head coaches, general managers, and members of the media.
2004-05 UHL ALL-STAR FIRST TEAM
Goaltender: Michel Robinson, Rockford IceHogs
Defenseman: Nathan Lutz, Rockford IceHogs
Defenseman: Troy Neumeier, Fort Wayne Komets
Forward: Hugo Belanger, Adirondack Frostbite
Forward: Colin Chaulk, Fort Wayne Komets
Forward: Bobby Reynolds, Flint Generals
2004-05 UHL ALL-STAR SECOND TEAM
Goaltender: Robert Gherson, Quad City Mallards
Defenseman: Scott Drevitch, Adirondack Frostbite
Defenseman: Mat Snesrud, Missouri River Otters
Forward: David Hymovitz, Richmond RiverDogs
Forward: Rob Valicevic, Flint Generals
Forward: Robin Bouchard, Muskegon Fury
FIRST TEAM
Michel Robinson (G), Rockford IceHogs â The 22-year-old Montreal, Quebec native had a season record of 33-22-9. His 33 wins tied for second most among UHL goaltenders. He led the league with 3,816 minutes played and tied for first with seven shutouts.
Nathan Lutz (D), Rockford IceHogs â The 27-year-old native of Mistatim, Saskatchewan led UHL defensemen with 14 goals. He tallied 39 points (14g, 25a) in 75 games played. His plus-30 rating was third best among UHL defensemen.
Troy Neumeier (D), Fort Wayne Komets â The 34-year-old native of Langenburg, Saskatchewan led the UHL with a plus-47 rating. He tallied 23 points (7g, 16a) in 78 games played this season.
Hugo Belanger (F), Adirondack Frostbite â The 34-year-old St. Hubert, Quebec native led the league in scoring with 106 points (34g, 62a). He played in 79 of 80 Adirondack games this season and tied for second in the UHL with 31 power play assists.
Colin Chaulk (F), Fort Wayne Komets â The 28-year-old Toronto, Ontario native was ninth in the league scoring with 92 points (19g, 73a). His 73 assists led the UHL. Chaulk had a plus-25 rating in 75 games played this season.
Bobby Reynolds (F), Flint Generals â The 37-year-old native of Flint, Michigan was second in the league with 103 points (31g, 72a). His 72 assists tied for second in the UHL. Reynolds had a plus-33 rating which was fifth in the league.
SECOND TEAM
Robert Gherson (G), Quad City Mallards â The 21-year-old native of Toronto, Ontario finished the regular season with a 24-12-7 record. His 2.25 goals against average was second among all UHL goaltenders and his .925 save percentage ranked third among all goaltenders in the league.
Mat Snesrud (D), Missouri River Otters â The 28-year-old native of Minneapolis, Minnesota was second among UHL defensemen with 56 points (10g, 46a). His 46 assists were second among league defensemen. He played in 79 of 80 Missouri games this season.
Scott Drevitch (D), Adirondack Frostbite â The 39-year-old Mashpee, Massachusetts native led UHL defensemen with 61 points (13g, 48a). His 48 assists and 239 shots on goal also led league defensemen. Drevitch played in all 80 Adirondack games this season.
David Hymovitz (F), Richmond RiverDogs â The 30-year-old Randolph, Massachusetts native was third in the UHL with 100 points (32g, 68a). He had five game-winning goals and played in all 80 Richmond games this season.
Rob Valicevic (F), Flint Generals â The 34-year-old native of Detroit, Michigan was seventh in the league with 96 points (36g, 60a). He tallied eight shorthanded points (5g, 3a) and was a plus-32 in 78 games played this season.
Robin Bouchard (F), Muskegon Fury â The 31-year-old native of Jonquiere, Quebec tied for fourth in the league with 98 points (43g, 55a). His 43 goals ranked second in the UHL and his 50 power play points (22g, 28a) ranked first in the league.
