Richmond Roosters News Release
The Richmond Roosters announced today that Tuesday, June 15th will be Ugly Tie Night at the Ballpark. Game time is 6:35pm. The Roosters will be taking on the Florence Freedom from Florence Kentucky.
"Roosters Fans need to dig around in their closets and find the ugliest tie they can and wear it to the Roosters game on Tuesday, June 15th. For wearing their ugliest tie to the game they will receive half price admission to the game," said Roosters General Manager, Deanna Beaman.
Roosters Staff will make their way around the stadium to pick out the top five ugliest ties in the ballpark. During the late innings of the ballgame, fans will be able to vote for the ugliest tie and a winner will then be determined. The winner will receive four Roosters tickets to the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Showcar night at the ballpark on Thursday, July 29th and a gift card from Elder Beerman.
Additionally, up on Rowdy's Roost, we will be serving from 5:30pm to 6:30pm an Italian themed dinner. For only $5.00 per person, not including admission to the park, we are serving up spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread and a side salad with a drink. While you are dining, Roosters players will be available for a short time to sign autographs on Rowdy's Roost. RSVP for your table on Rowdy's Roost by Monday, June 14th at 935-7529 ext. 31 or by email to Deanna@RichmondRoosters.com.
Tickets are available at the box office at McBride Stadium or at Side 1 Music. You can also purchase tickets using a credit card by calling 765-935-7529.
