Two Thunderbirds Named to National Men's Summer U-18 Team Selection Camp

KENT - The Seattle Thunderbirds are pleased to announce the addition of Sam Oremba and Scott Ratzlaff to the National Men's Summer U-18 Team Selection Camp.

Oremba played in 56 games during the 2021-22 season and had 4 goals and ten assists for a total of 14 points.

Ratzlaff played in 22 games for the Thunderbirds during the 2021-22 season and had a goals against average of 2.48.

"We are very excited for both Sam and Scott," says General Manager Bil La Forge. "They have worked very hard throughout the year and very deserving of this accolade. I am confident they will represent themselves and the Thunderbirds very well at this event."

The National Men's Summer U-18 Team Selection Camp is set to begin in Calgary on July 20-27 ahead of the 2022 Hlinka Gretzky Cup.
