Fayetteville Marksmen News Release

FAYETTEVILLE, NC--- The Cape Fear FireAntz of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League (ACHL) made two additions to their rosters in preparation for the final two weeks of the season. Ryan Olson and Jasen Rintala have been assigned by the league to the Antz roster.

Olson had been on the 14-day injured reserve with a knee injury. The forward has been skating for the past few days testing out his knee. Doctors cleared the Canadian to play and will be in uniform this afternoon.

A face from the past will once again take the ice at the Crown Coliseum. Rintala will start his third stint for Cape Fear. The 6-0, 190 pound forward has appeared in seven games for the Antz and scored three points (2G, 1A). He takes the roster spot of Bruce Watson who was placed on team suspension March 2.

Olson has appeared in 33 games scoring 15 points (10G, 5A) and amassing 55 penalty minutes. This was the second trip to the injured reserve in the last month for Olson.
