Twelve Former Stampeders in NBA Training Camp

BOISE, Idaho, October 2, 2012 - Twelve former members of the Idaho Stampede are on nine 2012-13 NBA team training camp rosters. NBA teams tip-off training camp starting today.
The former Stampede players are: Luke Babbitt (Portland Trail Blazers), Sundiata Gaines (Indiana Pacers), Jordan Hamilton (Denver Nuggets), Coby Karl (Portland Trail Blazers), Armon Johnson (Orlando Magic), Josh McRoberts (Orlando Magic), CJ Miles (Cleveland Cavaliers), Patty Mills (San Antonio Spurs), Mikki Moore (Philadelphia 76ers), Julyan Stone (Denver Nuggets), Seth Tarver (Minnesota Timberwolves), and Anthony Tolliver (Atlanta Hawks).
There have been 35 player call-ups in Stampede history, along with 14 player assignments, and a total of 75 former Stampeders have played at least one game in the NBA.
The Idaho Stampede will begin their 50-game schedule with a road contest against the Los Angeles D-Fenders on November 28 (8 p.m. MST). The first Stampede home game is December 7 against the Austin Toros at 7 p.m. at CenturyLink Arena in downtown Boise. Training camp for all D-League teams begins on November 12.
