Central Valley Coyotes News Release

(Fresno, CA) – Central Valley hits the road to Honolulu, Hawaii in Week 11 to take on an Islanders team that has already defeated the Coyotes twice this season. Central Valley will look to bounce back from their loss last weekend to the San Diego Riptide and upset the Islanders.

"We have to re-group and focus on the Islanders this week," said offensive coordinator Fred Biletnikoff Jr. "Last week is over with and now we have to prepare to hit the road to play a tough Hawaii team at their house. We'll get the team ready and go out to Hawaii and try too knock off a very well coached team."

Though the Islanders have defeated the Coyotes twice this season, Central Valley has had their opportunities too steal each game away from Hawaii, but mental mistakes have halted the Coyotes chances.

"Hawaii has a lot of weapons on offense, but we have a lot of weapons on defense," said defensive specialist Halakilangi Muagututia. "If we can eliminate our mental mistakes and create some turnovers on defense then we will put ourselves in a situation to win the game."
