Coyotes to Hold Tryout on January 24th

As the af2 football league moves into its tenth season, the Central Valley Coyotes announce that they will be headed to Southern California for an open tryout that will be held Saturday, January 24th at Ribét Academy in Los Angeles, CA. Registration for the workout will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by a work out from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Coyotes head into their sixth season in the af2 and are coming off their 3rd playoff season in a row.

 

"We know there is a wealth of football talent in Southern California and we are looking forward seeing what they have to offer," stated Coyote head coach Fred Biletnikoff Jr.

 

Attire for the tryout will be shorts or sweats, tee shirts or sweat shirts. Participants must bring shoes for testing on a Natural Grass surface.  The testing will include the 40 yard dash, 20 yard short shuttle, 3 Cone L Drill, bench press (225x max reps), and the broad jump.  After testing specific 1 on 1's and agility drills will be conducted.
