
Trio of Rockets set to meet up in quarters at World Juniors

With both Canada and the Czech Republic winning in regulation today, the two set up a matchup against each other in the quarter-final at the 2021 IIHF World Junior Championship in Edmonton, Alta.
The Czech Republic were without defenceman Michael Krutil, but opened the day with a commanding 7-0 win over Austria.
Krutil was suspended for a single game for violation in their previous game against the Americans.
Novak picked up his first points of the tournament. He was +3 on the day, with a goal and two assists, in 14:02 of ice time.
Canada and Korczak finished off the regulation round perfectly with a 4-1 win over Finland.
Korczak had two shots on goal in 4:33 of ice time.
Canada and the Czech Republic will faceoff on January 2, TBD.
