
Tribe-Red Wings to play doubleheader on Saturday

INDIANAPOLIS -- Due to a lengthy rain delay on Friday evening, the Indianapolis Indians and Rochester Red Wings will play one nine inning game on Friday night and a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Both contests of the Saturday's doubleheader will be scheduled for seven innings with the gates opening at 5 p.m.
Red Wings RHP Phillip Humber and Indians RHP Ty Taubenheim are the probable starters for game one, while Red Wings LHP Brian Duensing and Indians LHP Tom Gorzelanny are expected to get the nod in game two.
Due to the newly scheduled doubleheader, Saturday's Pre-game Autograph session has been cancelled. Indianapolis will have two more Autograph nights during the 2009 season with taking place on Saturday June 13 and the other on Saturday July 25.
Both of Saturday night's contests will be carried by WXLW-950 AM and www.IndyIndians.com with Howard Kellman and Scott McCauley. The pre-game show begins at 5:10 p.m.
