Travs Batting Practice Jerseys On Sale

Arkansas Travelers News Release
The Arkansas Travelers are putting all batting practice jerseys from the previous two seasons on sale now at Dickey-Stephens Park. The red mesh jerseys feature an "NLR" logo on the left breast, and were worn during batting practice and some games during the 2006 and 2007 seasons. The Travs wore these jerseys during the last game played at Ray Winder Field at the end of the 2006 season. Fans can purchase these jerseys by contacting Travs' merchandise manager Alex Raley at (501) 664-1555 or in person at Dickey-Stephens Park. Depending on the players that wore them, the jerseys will be sold for between $50-$75. No online sales of the BP jerseys will be conducted.
These jerseys were introduced before the start of the 2006 season and stamped with the NLR logo to celebrate the city that voted to build Dickey-Stephens Park. Players such as Brandon Wood, Matt Brown, Rich Thompson, Sean Rodriguez, Freddy Sandoval, Nick Adenhart and Nick Green amongst others wore these jerseys during batting practice and selected games.
