Travs and Cardinals Postponed on Friday
June 26, 2015 - Texas League (TL1)
Arkansas Travelers News Release
Friday's scheduled game between the Arkansas Travelers and Springfield Cardinals has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, June 27th at Dickey-Stephens Park, with first pitch of the first of two seven-inning games scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Gates will open up to the fans at the ballpark at 4:00 p.m.
The Travelers will have a game-worn blue jersey silent auction courtesy of Publishing Concepts and KATV on Saturday. In addition, Girl Scouts will be able to camp on the field after the game.
Fans who had tickets for Friday night's ballgame will automatically become redeemable at the box office for any Travs game this season due to the rain check. Seating based on availability.
Travelers fans can head to Midtown Billiards for a Travelers rainout special.
