Sherbrooke, June 15, 2010 -Training camp has resumed for the Alouettes who were back on Coulter Field at Bishop's University this morning after coming back from Winnipeg where they played their first preseason game on Sunday.

The sun was shining down on the players who practiced twice in the morning. Players have began the last stretch of training camp which will end with Saturday's first game in the new McGill Stadium, when the Argonauts will take on the Als at 1 p.m.

For many veterans, this game will help them get their timing back before the season starts and for younger players, this will be their last chance to impress the team if they intend on sticking around.

Wide receiver C.J. Hawthorne took part in his first CFL game on Sunday. He finished the game with 15 yards on three catches. "I think I played a good game. It was great to be back out there and play some football but there's a lot to be done to be better mentally and physically on and off the field."
