
Training Camp Opens on Wednesday

Moose Jaw Warriors hockey returns to the ice at the Moose Jaw Events Centre this week.
The Warriors will host 68 players over five days for the team's 2022 training camp, starting on Wednesday.
There will be 20 returning players, joined by 48 draft picks, listed players and camp invites.
The camp will feature 21 players from Saskatchewan, including four Moose Jaw products. There will be 22 players from Alberta, 14 from Manitoba, six from British Columbia and three from the United States.
Robert Baco and Martin Rysavy will return as the team's import players at the camp.

This year's training camp will open with rookie camp practices and a scrimmage (4:30 p.m.) on Thursday.
Rookie camp will conclude with two scrimmages (9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.) on Friday and that will be followed by the first scrimmage of main camp at 5:30 p.m.
The players will be back on the ice for two more scrimmages on Saturday at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Main camp wraps up with the annual Black and White intrasquad game on Sunday at 12 p.m. Admission to the game will be by donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
