PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (July 11, 2014) - With news breaking that LeBron James has left the Miami Heat and South Florida, the St. Lucie Mets are trying to brighten the moods of Heat fans on the Treasure Coast.
Heat fans who come to Tradition Field over the next week can trade in their LeBron James jerseys or T-shirt jerseys for a St. Lucie Mets season ticket for all remaining home games. The season ticket package includes a special cup and Mets T-shirt.
All James jerseys and T-shirts should be brought to the Tradition Field ticket office. The garments will be donated to the local Goodwill.
The Mets have six home games over the next seven days. The offer expires after Thursday's game against Brevard County.
The Mets have 25 home game left this season.
