AUSTIN, TX (April 15, 2009) - The Austin Toros announced today that the team has acquired forward Justin Bowen from the NBA D-League Player Pool.
Bowen, a 6-7, 210-pound forward from Illinois-Chicago appeared in 94 games for the Toros during the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons and averaged 11.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in his two previous seasons with the team.
Bowen ranks fourth in franchise history in games played, third in points scored and third in rebounds.
