
Toques, Mitts & Teddy Bear Toss Night

BELLEVILLE, ON - The Belleville Bulls are hosting their annual Toques, Mitts and Teddy Bear Toss night this Saturday at the Yardmen Arena. Every year the Salvation Army is in need of warm winter clothing as well teddy bears around the holiday season.
"Fans are encouraged to bring toques and mittens in addition to teddy bears to throw onto the ice when the boys score their first goal!" said Director of Business Operations Andrew Kerik. "This time of year it is important that we our part to help out those in need in our community."
It took Scott Simmonds until 2:11 into the opening frame last season to launch the bears out of their seats. Over the last two season, the Bulls have collected approximatley 2,500 bears and pieces of clothing for the Salvation Army.
The Firefighters Toy Drive will be on hand collecting unwrapped toys to build another toy mountain! Great seats are available, stop by the Bulls Box Office or call (613) 966-8338 for all ticket information.
