A Drive For Five: The Tulsa Oilers strive for their fifth straight win on home ice tonight, as they take on the Youngstown SteelHounds. It's the second night of Turn Back the Clock weekend with a 1970's theme.

Records: Oilers are 18-16-3 with 39 points in fourth place in the Northwest Division. Youngstown is 15-20-2 for 32 points in second place in the Northeast Division.

Season Series: Youngstown leads the season series, having won its inaugural game 3-2 in Tulsa on Ocotober 21. The two teams split a November weekend series in Youngstown with the Oilers winning 3-2, and losing 4-0.

And Speaking Of Five: Center Jim Dahl recorded five points last night in an 8-5 win over the Memphis RiverKings. Dahl had three goals and two assists. It was his second hat trick of the season. Dahl now leads all CHL rookies in goals and scoring with 23 goals and 23 assists for 46 points.

We'll Miss You: Curtis Voth and Shawn Futers will be suspended from tonight' s game for their role in an incident which occurred in the second period last night.

Crazy Eight: The eight goals the Oilers scored last night is a season high.

He Had Help: Dahl was far from the only Oiler with a big game last night. Henry Kuster had a goal and three assists, Jaroslav Cesky had two goals and an assist, and Mario Joly had a goal and two assists. Goaltender Marco Emond made 39 saves in recording his 12th win of the season.

What Am I Bid: Immediately following tonight's game, the Oilers Turn Back the clock jerseys (1978-80 era) will be auctioned in a live auction.

Next Up: The Oilers play in Amarillo tomorrow at 6 p.m. in a game that can be heard on KMMY FM 97.1. The next home game is a QuikTrip Tuesday on January 31st against Corpus Christi at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to exchange their QuikTrip vouchers well in advance of game time, to avoid long lines. Quiktrip vouchers can be exchanged any time at the Oilers office or at the Tulsa Convention Center box office.
