
Titans and budding artist combine for charitable effort

TRENTON, NJ (April 20, 2006) - The Trenton Titans combined efforts with young artist and Pennington, NJ resident, Jared Schaffer, to help raise over $800 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Currently a junior at Hopewell Valley High School, Schaffer sketched a series of eight player portraits that were auctioned off during the Trenton Titans game against the Reading Royals on April 8.
This is the second time that Schaffer has donated his time and talents to the Titans and a charitable cause. His first piece of original art, a poster collage of five Titans players, raised $700 for the American Heart Association.

The Trenton Titans are a member of the ECHL - North America's Premier "AA" Hockey League. The Trenton Titans are the ECHL affiliate to the Philadelphia Flyers and Philadelphia Phantoms and the New York Islanders and Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
