
Timbers Single-Game Tickets for First Nine Home Matches Go on Sale

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers today announced that single-game tickets for the first nine regular-season home matches at Providence Park go on sale to the public Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 10 a.m. (Pacific).
This season, single-game ticket sales will be available for purchase in two phases, with single-game tickets for all home games through June 11 on sale starting Wednesday. A second on-sale date for single-game tickets for the final eight regular-season games will take place in June.
Fans can purchase single-game tickets, starting at $17, online at www.timbers.com or by calling (888) 736-6849. Additionally, fans can also purchase single-game tickets at the Providence Park box office starting on Wednesday. A special online-only presale for Timbers season ticket holders and members of the Timbers Season Ticket Waiting List begins Monday, Feb. 17, at www.timbers.com.
Since joining MLS in 2011, the Timbers have sold out all 51 regular-season matches at Providence Park. The club opens its fourth MLS season on Saturday, March 8, at Providence Park as they play host to the Philadelphia Union at 7:30 p.m. (Pacific).

Additionally, tickets are on sale for the 2014 Rose City Invitational, presented by Parklane Mattresses. The round-robin style preseason tournament will consist of three doubleheaders at Providence Park from Feb. 23-March 1 between the Timbers, Vancouver Whitecaps FC, San Jose Earthquakes and Jamaican club Portmore United FC. Individual tickets, which allow entry into both matches each day, start at $13 and are available online at www.timbers.com or by calling (888) 736-6849. Three-game ticket packages for the Rose City Invitational, starting at $33, are also available for purchase online. Group tickets are available by contacting the Timbers ticket office.
