
Timbers Defender Ismaila Jome Undergoes Successful Surgery on Ruptured Left Achilles Tendon

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers announced today that defender Ismaila Jome has undergone successful surgery on his left Achilles tendon, which was performed by Dr. Steve Schroeder on Wednesday, April 21 at Sports Medicine Oregon.
Jome ruptured his left Achilles tendon at training on Monday and will be out for the remainder of the season. He will conduct his rehabilitation with the Timbers sports medicine staff.
