
Tigers Reassign Two Players

Medicine Hat, AB â Medicine Hat Tigers have made additional roster moves today by reassigning two 16-year-old forwards.
Scott Wasden from Westbank, BC will return home and play either Junior A or Junior B in British Columbia. Wasden played in four exhibition games and one regular season game for the Tigers this year.
Spencer McAvoy from St. Albert, AB will be going to St. Albert AAA midgets of the Alberta Midget Hockey League. McAvoy saw action in five exhibition games and one regular season game for the Tigers this year.
In a trade earlier in the day, the Tigers acquire Liam Couture from the Spokane Chiefs in exchange for Kyle Howarth. The Tigers roster now sits at twenty-four players including 2 goaltenders, 9 defenseman and 13 forwards. The age breakdown is one 16-year-old, six 17-year-olds, five 18-year-olds, ten 19-year-olds and two 20-year-olds.
