Spokane Chiefs News Release
Another week has passed and things happened to go very well for us. As a team we got to start off the week by attending an awesome concert at the Spokane Arena. We managed to get some great tickets for the Avenged sevenfold, Buckcherry, Papa Roach and Saving Abel concert. It's always a huge bonus for the guys when we get to go spend time together at a concert. It's a nice change from our typical team movie. But the guys had a great time at the concert and that seemed to set our week off in the right direction.
Our game schedule started off with a road trip to Everett and Portland. Road trips are always a good time for everyone and everybody was focused and ready to go. It seemed like we were all still upset about the weekend before where we lost two out of three games. The team played very well in that first game in Everett and we pulled out a victory...(more)
CHIEFS TELEVISION BROADCAST SCHEDULE
Five of the Chiefs 15 remaining regular season games can be seen live on Television, including three on the road. The remaining four games between Spokane and Tri-City will be aired live on Comcast channel 78 beginning with this Saturday's game in Kennewick. The game will be the ninth meeting of the year between the two.
Spokane's lone game at Vancouver, Tuesday, February 24th, will be aired live on FSN Northwest, Comcast channel 32, beginning at 7:00.
Currently the Tri-City Americans hold a two point advantage over the Chiefs for first place in the U.S. Division. Spokane has one game in hand...(more)
WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS TICKETSWEST PLAYER MAGNET NIGHT
Three more games, three more U.S. Division opponents. After stepping out of the division last weekend with home games versus Edmonton and Prince George the Chiefs will hit the stretch drive this week with a pair of games versus Seattle and a road game against the Tri-City Americans.
Wednesday night will see the first game in a home- and-home series with the Seattle Thunderbirds at 7:00 in the Spokane Arena on TicketsWest Player Magnet Wedensday and Staples Chamber Networking Night.
Chamber Members from all area Chambers will join the Chiefs for a special pre-game reception, networking opportunity and entertaining evening of Chiefs hockey excitement.
