Tickets Now Available For Possible Playoff Contest

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have been one of the hottest tickets in town this season - and the football club is pleased to announce that tickets for a possible playoff contest at Canad Inns Stadium are now available for purchase.

Should the Big Blue finish first or second during the CFL's regular season, they will host either the East Semifinal on Sunday, Nov. 11 or the East Final on Sunday, Nov. 18.

Season ticket holders and corporate sponsors can purchase Bomber their playoff tickets from now until Oct. 20 and receive a 20 per cent discount compared to the price of walk-up tickets. By purchasing playoff tickets today, season ticket-holders and corporate sponsors are guaranteed to be sitting in the same seat for the playoffs that they had throughout the regular season. Check your mail for more information.

Anyone who pre-purchased playoff tickets as part of their season ticket package will receive them in the mail.

Individual ticket purchasers won't be left out in the cold, either. Playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Purchasing Bomber playoff tickets has never been easier for season ticket holders and corporate supporters. The general public can purchase playoff tickets at any Ticketmaster location or online at www.ticketmaster.ca.

With the Blue Bombers marching towards the CFL playoffs, enthusiasm continues to build amongst fans of the Blue and Gold. The team is currently in first place in the CFL's East Division and fans are eagerly looking forward to the team's first home playoff date since the 2003 Western Semifinal.
