FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - A limited number of tickets remain for the Aug. 12 match between the New England Revolution and Los Angeles Galaxy - scheduled to be David Beckham's first-ever Major League Soccer appearance at Gillette Stadium - as the Revolution announced today that all Category I seats have been sold for the event.

Tickets in Category II and III seats are all that remain for the highly-anticipated appearance by Beckham, whose top play has recently garnered a successful recall to the England National Team.

Beckham is scheduled to join the Galaxy in mid-July, and he'll arrive in championship form. On Sunday, June 17, Beckham also led his Real Madrid team to Spain's La Liga championship, the club's first since the 2002-03 season.

"Our fans' response to David Beckham and his first appearance with the Galaxy here at Gillette Stadium has been remarkable," Revolution General Manager Craig Tornberg said, "And we're pleased to announce that all the Category I seats have been sold for that game, an event that is proving to be one of the region's biggest this year.

"We just hope fans realize that if they're interested in attending this match on Aug. 12, they need to act soon and speak to a sales representative or else they'ill have to wait until next year to see David play in person in Foxborough," Tornberg continued.

Tickets for the "Beckham Match" are only available through the purchase of special multiple-game packs through the Revolution ticket office. The packages include tickets to four (4) Revolution games, and the price per pack is discounted from the price of tickets to four single Revs games. Additionally, there are special incentives for groups of 20 or more who are interested in attending the game.

Multi-game ticket packages, which include the "Beckham Match" are available through the Revolution by calling 1-877-GET-REVS or visiting revolutionsoccer.net.
