Boise, ID â The New Mexico Thunderbirds will open their 2010-11 season tonight in Boise, ID against the Idaho Stampede at 7 p.m.
The Thunderbirds traded for guard, Dar Tucker yesterday and now have their roster set for tonight's opener. To watch tonight's game on the NBA Futurecast go to www.nba.com/dleague.

On Monday, Nov. 22, the Thunderbirds will be hosting Fan Fest, which will feature a scrimmage at the Santa Ana Star Center. The event features $1 Hot Dogs and free admission. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for a team meet and greet with the fans, and the scrimmage will tip off at 6 p.m. Fans in attendance will have a chance to participate in on-court games, meet the Thunderbirds players, coaches and watch Thunder Cat try out some new tricks. There will also be the opportunity for fans to select their seats and purchase season tickets or individual tickets for Opening Weekend on Nov. 26 and 27.
Thunderbirds' season tickets are currently on sale, with full and partial season packages available. Single game tickets are also now available online at www.nmtbirds.com or by calling 505-265-3865.
