Thunderbirds Look for Third Straight Win Tonight Versus Utah

Rio Rancho, NM - Fresh off a come from behind victory, the New Mexico Thunderbirds (2-0) will try to make it three wins in a row to start off the season when they take on the Utah Flash (0-3) tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Santa Ana Star Center.
Last night, the Thunderbirds went down 10-0 to start the game and trailed by as many as 18 points in the first quarter. They outscored the Flash 60-43 in the second half to pick up the win by a score of 109-100. For the second straight game, Alan Anderson led the T-Birds in scoring with 22 points. He was joined by five other players in double digits including Anthony Richardson who had his second straight double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds.
