
Thunder announces dance team tryouts

Charlotte, NC. Tony Priscaro, CEO of the ABA Carolina Thunder professional basketball team today announced that auditions for the team's inaugural 2004-2005 Dance Team will be held on Saturday, September 25th. The team is looking for dancers and cheerleaders in the Charlotte/Concord area; they must be 18 years and up. The auditions will be held at The Next Step Dance Studio in Concord, NC with registration beginning at 10AM. According to Priscaro, "Our goal is to create a lot of excitement at the games - with a fabulous team - and top notch dancers and cheerleaders. We hope that many will attend our auditions."
The attire should be mid-drift top and briefs or shorts, tennis shoes or dance sneakers. The registration fee is $25. Dancers/Cheerleaders are expected to be present at all home games, attend all rehearsals, and help promote the Carolina Thunder organization in the community.
