Hermosillo signs first players

Hermosillo, MX. Carlos Thomas, Owner/President of the ABA Hermosillo Seris professional basketball team today announced the signing of its first two players for the upcoming season.

According to Thomas, "It appears that the ABA will be very strong from what I've seen so far. These two players are very good - and will be the nucleaus of a great team here in Hermosillo. We're getting excellent response thus far."

The new players are Jamie Booker, Guard from Washington University and Jermain Slider, Guard from Fairleigh Dickinson. Both played in the ABA last season with the Tijuana Dragons and have considerable professional experience. The team owner, Carlos Thomas, is also an active player and point guard.
