
Three Vipers Invited to NBA D-League Elite Mini-Camp

MCALLEN, TEXAS - The NBA Development League Champion Rio Grande Valley Vipers announced today that point guard Jonathan Wallace (6-1, 185, Georgetown) and centers Julian Sensley (6-9, 225, Hawaii) and Mickell Gladness (6-11, 230, Alabama A&M) have been invited to attend the 2010 NBA Development League Elite Mini-Camp this weekend in Chantilly, Virginia.
A total of 30 players will participate in drills and scrimmage in front of NBA scouts with the hopes of securing spots on summer league or training camp rosters. The Elite Mini-Camp is held in conjunction with the NBA D-League National Tryout at Hoops Magic on Saturday and Sunday.
Wallace averaged 9.7 points per game during the regular season and 13.1 points per game during the playoffs, to go with 3.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists while starting all eight games.
Sensley averaged 10.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per game during the regular season and 10.3 points with 5.1 rebounds per game during the playoffs. Sensley averaged 14.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game during the NBADL Finals.
Gladness averaged 4.1 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 41 games (six starts) during the regular season.
