They then dropped a 4-1 decision to Bossier-Shreveport Thursday; lost 5-2 to Oklahoma City Friday; and lost 6-1 at Odessa Saturday.

Double First: Lucas LaBelle scored the first goal of the game on Friday, which was his first professional goal. He followed that up with the first goal of the game (and the Oilers only goal) Saturday night at Odessa.

Back To Back: Jake Riddle had the Oilers overtime game winning goal against Rio Grande Valley, which was the Oilers first win of the season in overtime (ironically it was their second straight win and the first win was the previous Saturday, the first shootout win of the year over Mississippi). Riddle followed his overtime effort, with the Oilers only goal Thursday against Bossier-Shreveport.

Two By Two: Jeff Christian had two more multiple point games last week with a goal and assist against both Rio Grande Valley and Oklahoma City. The Oilers captain and leading scorer now has 17 multiple point games this season.
